Dr. Jeffrey L. Ponsky is a nationally renowned endoscopic surgeon and pioneer in minimally invasive surgical techniques. He joined the Cleveland Clinic in 1997 as Director of Endoscopic Surgery and Executive Director of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Center, and later served as Oliver H. Payne Professor and Chairman of the Department of Surgery. Dr. Ponsky is recognized as a co-creator of the percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tube and has been named one of America's Top Doctors for over a decade.
