A Sinonasal Inverted Papilloma of Mixed Histology: Implications for Management of All Sinonasal Papillomas

This case report describes a unique sinonasal papilloma exhibiting all three histologic subtypes (inverted, cylindrical, and fungiform) within a single specimen—the first documented case of its kind. The finding challenges traditional classification-based management approaches and suggests sinonasal papillomas may represent a spectrum rather than distinct entities.
