Multifocal inverting papilloma of the sinonasal cavity and temporal bone

Case report of an unusual multifocal inverting papilloma involving both the sinonasal cavity and temporal bone. This rare presentation of a typically benign but locally aggressive tumor highlights diagnostic and surgical management challenges in complex anatomic locations.
