A sinonasal inverted papilloma of mixed histology: implications for management of all sinonasal papillomas

Case report describing a rare sinonasal papilloma exhibiting mixed histology with inverted, cylindrical, and fungiform subtypes in a single lesion. This unusual presentation challenges traditional classification systems and highlights the need for comprehensive histologic evaluation to guide surgical management of sinonasal papillomas.
