Adult Burkitt lymphoma originating in the sphenoid sinus: case report and review of the literature

This case report describes an unusual presentation of Burkitt lymphoma arising in the sphenoid sinus of an adult patient, a rare anatomic site for this aggressive B-cell malignancy. The authors review the clinical features distinguishing endemic versus sporadic forms and discuss diagnostic and management considerations for sinonasal lymphoma presentations.
