Thank you, Mr. Chairman, ladies and gentlemen. Nothing disclosure. Trachoscopic permanent lobectomy is extremely challenging. In severe, incomplete fissures cause densely fused pulmonary lobes because pulmonary artery are buried and completely concealed. We describe trachoscopic pulmonary lobectomy for densely fused fissure, including a technique. So 3 patients were treated in our hospitals. Oh I'll show you the video. This patient have a severe urgency to pictures. Firstly, uh, primary band adhs who were exposed and, uh, ragged and divided using reassurance, and thirdly, uh, divided luggage, uh, the grip and, uh, scissors. The Broncos were exposed. And bracket using uh uh surgical sipras. So I checked the lower lobes had insert. And then, uh, artery was exposed. And I'll check the uh at least and 6 at least from the posterior view.
