International collaborative effort establishes the first standardized surgical report form for neuroblastoma procedures across major pediatric oncology groups (SIOPEN, COG, GPOH). The INSRF provides structured documentation of all anatomical regions, image-defined risk factors, and mandatory complication reporting to improve surgical communication and treatment analysis.
