Can Complex Surgical Interventions Be Standardized? Reaching International Consensus on Posterior Sagittal Anorectoplasty Using a Modified-Delphi Method

International experts used a modified-Delphi method to achieve consensus on standardized intraoperative learning objectives for posterior sagittal anorectoplasty across three clinical scenarios. This work supports the development of telementoring curricula to address surgical training gaps and improve educational standardization in complex pediatric procedures.
