Prospective validation of the shock index pediatric-adjusted (SIPA) in blunt liver and spleen trauma: An ATOMAC+ study

This ATOMAC+ study prospectively validates the Shock Index Pediatric-Adjusted (SIPA) as a hemodynamic assessment tool in children with blunt liver and spleen injuries. SIPA provides age-appropriate shock assessment to guide clinical decision-making in pediatric abdominal trauma management.
