Management of the Lateral Frontal Sinus Lesion and the Supraorbital Cell Mucocele

This retrospective study demonstrates that lateral frontal sinus lesions often represent supraorbital ethmoid cell mucoceles rather than true frontal sinus pathology. Ten patients underwent successful endoscopic drainage using computer-aided techniques, avoiding external approaches, with 80% remaining disease-free at median 25-month follow-up.
