Succession Planning, Call for Nominations, and Other Updates
Abstract
The Journal of Pediatric Surgery desires to be as transparent as possible in communicating to its readership about significant changes in the journal. Although located in widely separated geographical locations, the JPS executive editorial leadership (Editor-in-Chief and three Regional Editors) are in constant communication and, in addition, meets virtually or in-person at least four times a year. Recently, our publisher (Elsevier) instituted a 10-year term limit for its journals’ executive editorial leadership.
