Abstract

The authors regret that attribution of authorship for Erin E. Ross was omitted during the editorial and production process. Ms. Ross was a vital contributor to this work, meets all authorship criteria, and was included with all other collaborating authors in the authorship group in the print version of this manuscript (Appendix). She should also be included in the drop-down authorship block of the online version of the article, as well as in the article citation as a collaborating author from the Western Pediatric Surgery Research Consortium Cervical Spine Injury Study Group.
