Hi, my name is Shelly, and I thought this is my cursor capstone project, Student task planner. For this project, I built a multi-page web app designed to help students stay on top of their assignments and deadlines. The app includes 4 main pages, dashboard, tasks, upcoming tasks, and settings. Here on the dashboard, I'm showing the main overview of the app. It gives a quick snapshot of open tasks, what's due, and what's already completed. On the task page, their users can add and manage tasks assigned to. To them, assign, assigned due dates and organize items by priority. This is where the app's main functionality lives and it helped, it helps make the project feel like a real working tool instead of just a visual mock-up. The upcoming page gives deadline-focused view of what's coming up next and the settings help page helps round out the app as a more complete multi-page experience. After showing the app itself. I also created cursor rules filed to give the project structure, style, and quality. In addition, I documented debugging issues I ran into like NPM not being recognized at first, get not being initialized, and accidentally typing a cursor prompt into the terminal instead of the agent chat. Lastly, I tracked the project with Git and created 3 meaningful commits to show the development process from setup to documentation to final polish. Overall, this project helped me become more intentional with how I use cursor for planning, building, debugging, and documenting a complete app. Thank you.
