Abstract
Biliary dyskinesia (BD) is an increasingly common indication for pediatric cholecystectomy, but diagnostic criteria and outcomes remain debated. We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate symptom resolution, complications, and histopathology in children undergoing cholecystectomy for BD.
