Discrepancies Between Imaging Reports and Operative Findings in Patients With Cloaca: A Call for Expansion of the Mullerian Anomalies Classification

This study evaluates whether the ASRM Mullerian Anomalies Classification system adequately describes complex gynecologic anatomy in pediatric cloacal malformation patients. By comparing preoperative imaging reports with intraoperative findings, the research identifies gaps in current terminology and advocates for classification expansion to improve surgical planning.
