Long- term outcomes of congenital tracheal stenosis after slide tracheoplasty

This retrospective study reports favorable long-term outcomes following slide tracheoplasty for congenital tracheal stenosis in 33 patients with median 90-month follow-up. Most patients achieved sustained airway improvement with successful decannulation, though growth and developmental outcomes were influenced by associated genetic abnormalities rather than stenosis severity.
