A prospective randomized controlled trial measuring satisfaction and parents stress after Gomco and Plastibell infant circumcision

This prospective RCT compared Gomco clamp versus Plastibell device for infant circumcision in 190 patients, measuring physician and parental satisfaction. While physician satisfaction was similar between methods, parents reported significantly higher satisfaction with Gomco (92% vs 72%), despite longer operative time.
