Long-Term Outcomes and Quality of Life in Patients after Soave Pull-Through Operation for Hirschsprung's Disease: An Observational Retrospective Study

Long-term follow-up of 53 Hirschsprung disease patients after Soave pull-through showed 82% achieved good quality of life, though 22.6% experienced fecal incontinence and 13.2% had constipation. Patients with longer aganglionosis segments had significantly lower QoL scores compared to matched controls.
