Clinical outcome, quality of life, and mental health in long-gap esophageal atresia: comparison of gastric sleeve pull-up and delayed primary anastomosis

This comparative study of 98 esophageal atresia patients found that delayed primary anastomosis required less operative time and ICU stay compared to gastric sleeve pull-up, though both approaches showed similar rates of complications and comparable quality of life outcomes in long-gap cases.
