Efficacy analysis of multidisciplinary treatment for Wilms tumor in a single center

This single-center study of 68 children with Wilms tumor achieved an 87.4% five-year survival rate using multidisciplinary treatment. Cox analysis identified histological type as the sole independent prognostic factor, with unfavorable histology predicting poorer outcomes regardless of tumor volume, ethnicity, or recurrence status.
