Management dilemma in pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction: is transit time the answer?

This prospective study of 65 children demonstrates that transit time measurement on diuretic renography reliably predicts surgical outcomes after pyeloplasty for PUJO. A cut-off of 4 minutes 25 seconds effectively identifies delayed drainage, offering a more objective metric than traditional split renal function assessment.
