Plasma exosomal miR-199a-3p downregulates cell proliferation and migration in Hirschsprung’s disease by targeting mTOR

This study identifies plasma exosomal miR-199a-3p as an upregulated biomarker in Hirschsprung's disease that inhibits cell proliferation and migration by targeting the mTOR pathway. Findings suggest miR-199a-3p may serve as both a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target in HSCR pathogenesis.
