Pediatric endoscopic subcutaneous mastectomy (pesma) with liposuction in adolescents with gynecomastia

Study describes standardized technique for pediatric endoscopic subcutaneous mastectomy with liposuction in 24 adolescent males with gynecomastia. The minimally invasive approach achieved 87.5% excellent aesthetic outcomes with no anterior chest scarring, though 20.8% experienced minor complications requiring no additional treatment.
