Diagnosis and treatment of benign adipocytic tumors in children

Retrospective study of 76 pediatric patients with benign adipocytic tumors over 14 years, predominantly lipomas and lipoblastomas. Surgical resection with negative margins was achieved in nearly all cases, with 79.7% of patients asymptomatic at follow-up, demonstrating favorable outcomes for these rare neoplasms.
