Ultrasonographical features of perinatal testicular torsion: an assessment of interobserver variability among radiologists and pediatric urologists

Retrospective study comparing ultrasound interpretation of perinatal testicular torsion among radiologists and urologists found fair-to-poor interobserver agreement, with radiologists showing better concordance than urologists. Results highlight the need for focused ultrasound training for pediatric urologists to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient counseling.
