Comparison of three risk stratification scores in gastroschisis neonates: gastroschisis prognostic score, gastroschisis risk stratification index and complex gastroschisis

Retrospective Finnish study comparing three gastroschisis risk scores in predicting neonatal outcomes. The gastroschisis risk stratification index showed moderate ability to predict mortality (AUC 0.70), while complex gastroschisis classification and prognostic score predicted short bowel syndrome (AUC 0.80 each), though differences between scoring systems were not statistically significant.
