Transanal full-thickness pull-through approach in the treatment of anastomotic leakage after operation for Hirschsprung disease

Retrospective study of 12 children with anastomotic leakage after Hirschsprung surgery finds immediate enterostomy essential for management. Seven patients underwent successful redo pull-through procedures, with transanal full-thickness technique showing effective outcomes and good bowel function scores (17.5±1.1).
