External phallopexy: A revisited technique and algorithm for simple management of buried penis

Prospective study of 28 pediatric patients demonstrates external phallopexy as an effective, minimally invasive technique for managing selected buried penis cases. The "3 stitches" approach achieved high parental satisfaction scores with minimal complications and no recurrence during follow-up, offering a simplified alternative to more complex reconstructive procedures.
