Trends in use of prostacyclin analogs for management of CDH-associated pulmonary hypertension

Multi-center registry study of 6,439 CDH patients finds 14% received prostacyclin analogs for pulmonary hypertension management, with significant variation in timing and duration of use. Most patients started therapy around day 7-8 of life, with nearly half of ECLS patients initiating during their ECLS run, highlighting need for standardized protocols.
