Fluorescence-guided lymph node sampling is feasible during up-front or delayed nephrectomy for Wilms tumor.

This study demonstrates that indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence-guided lymphatic mapping is a feasible technique for improving lymph node identification during nephrectomy for Wilms tumor. Accurate lymph node sampling is essential for proper surgical staging and preventing under-staging that can lead to local tumor relapse.
