Laparo-Endoscopic Rendez-Vous in the Treatment of Cholecysto-Choledocolithiasis in the Pediatric Population

This retrospective study reports the first pediatric case series of the laparo-endoscopic rendez-vous technique for managing cholecysto-choledocholithiasis in 11 children. The combined ERCP and laparoscopic cholecystectomy approach achieved 91% success rate with no major complications, demonstrating feasibility and safety in the pediatric population.
