A new simplified technique in thoracoscopic repair of congenital diaphragmatic hernia

Retrospective study of 43 pediatric CDH cases using a novel venipuncture indwelling needle suture technique under thoracoscopy. The method achieved successful repair in 40/43 cases with minimal recurrence (2 patients), demonstrating improved efficiency for V-shaped defects with benefits of reduced trauma and faster recovery.
