Vaginal tumours in childhood: a descriptive analysis from a large paediatric medical centre

Retrospective analysis of 33 pediatric vaginal malignancies over 13 years found that chemotherapy combined with conservative surgery achieved complete tumor resolution in most cases, with 12/13 rhabdomyosarcoma patients avoiding radical surgery and all 20 endodermal sinus tumor patients responding to PEB chemotherapy.
