Retrospective study develops a predictive tool using five clinical parameters (turbid fluid presence, age, WBC count, symptom duration, temperature) to anticipate opioid requirements after pediatric laparoscopic appendectomy. The algorithm aims to enable proactive pain management and reduce unnecessary opioid use in children.
