Revisiting Ramonede rings in the walls of inguinal hernia sacs

This case series documents rare ring-like fibrotic structures observed in inguinal hernia sacs of four male pediatric patients aged 1-8 years. These findings echo Ramonede's 1883 description of peritoneal rings in patent processus vaginalis, a phenomenon rarely reported in modern surgical literature.
