Ten-year follow-up of 2,504 pediatric sleeve gastrectomy patients demonstrates sustained weight loss (71% excess weight lost at 7-10 years) and high comorbidity remission rates for diabetes, dyslipidemia, and hypertension, with minimal adverse events and no impact on growth velocity.
