Transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach (TOETVA): A novel surgical technique for scarless thyroidectomy in pediatric surgery

TOETVA is an emerging scarless thyroid surgery technique that avoids visible neck incisions by using a transoral vestibular approach. This case report details the successful application of TOETVA for right lobectomy in a 17-year-old with a suspicious thyroid nodule, demonstrating its feasibility in carefully selected adolescent patients.
