Ten-year experience with laparoscopic pedicled omental flap for cerebral revascularization in patients with Moyamoya disease

Ten-year retrospective study of 21 Moyamoya patients who underwent laparoscopic omental flap harvest for cerebral revascularization. The minimally invasive approach proved safe with three intraoperative complications and favorable outcomes, with most patients experiencing symptom resolution without need for subsequent direct bypass.
