Postoperative Pain Following Minimally Invasive Repair of Pectus Excavatum: A Descriptive Study

Retrospective study of 57 pediatric patients examining postoperative pain patterns following minimally invasive pectus excavatum repair. Five distinct pain trajectory subgroups were identified through day 5, with no correlation to deformity severity indices, though severe deformity predicted persistent pain at one year in 18% of patients.
