Pediatric Electrical Bicycle Road Accidents

Retrospective study of 561 pediatric bicycle accidents demonstrates that electric bicycle riders sustain significantly more severe injuries than classic bicycle riders, with higher injury severity scores and increased involvement with motorized vehicles. Findings highlight emerging safety concerns as electric bicycle use increases among children under 18.
