Comparison between cystic biliary atresia and choledochal cyst: a clinical controlled study

Retrospective study of 96 infants under 120 days distinguishes cystic biliary atresia from choledochal cyst using clinical parameters. CBA patients show significantly elevated liver enzymes, bilirubin, and bile acids with smaller cyst size on ultrasound compared to CC, enabling earlier diagnosis and timely surgical intervention.
