Robotic Soave pull-through procedure for Hirschsprung’s disease in children under 12-months: long-term outcomes

Long-term study of 15 infants under 12 months who underwent robotic Soave pull-through for Hirschsprung disease shows excellent safety and functional outcomes. With median 79-month follow-up, no incontinence occurred, minimal complications were observed, and continence outcomes were satisfactory across both rectosigmoid and long-segment cases.
