A curative treatment strategy using tumor debulking surgery combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors for advanced pediatric solid tumors: An in vivo study using a murine model of osteosarcoma

Murine osteosarcoma model demonstrates that combining tumor debulking surgery with triple immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy (anti-Tim-3, anti-PD-L1, anti-OX-86) significantly improves survival and prevents lung metastasis compared to either treatment alone. This combination approach shows promise as a curative strategy for advanced pediatric solid tumors.
