Systematic review of trans-anastomotic tube feeding in neonates with congenital duodenal obstruction shows mixed evidence. Sensitivity analysis suggests TAT placement may reduce parenteral nutrition duration and accelerate full enteral feeding, though overall evidence quality is very low and RCTs are needed.
