Skip segment Hirschsprung’s disease: report of two rare cases and management

Two rare cases of skip segment Hirschsprung's disease demonstrate diagnostic challenges when ganglionated bowel exists between aganglionotic segments. Both infants required total colectomy with pull-through after multipoint biopsy revealed the atypical pattern, highlighting the need for comprehensive intraoperative assessment when clinical findings conflict with initial pathology.
