Outcomes of a Telemedicine Bowel Management Program During COVID-19

Study evaluates transition from in-person to telemedicine bowel management program during COVID-19 pandemic in 67 pediatric patients with colorectal conditions. Remote and hybrid telemedicine formats achieved high parent satisfaction (median score 5/5), with over 75% preferring telemedicine over in-person care, and demonstrated significant improvements in continence outcomes and quality-of-life scores at follow-up.
