Bladder urothelial cell carcinoma as a rare cause of haematuria in children: Our experience and review of current literature

Retrospective case series of five pediatric patients with bladder urothelial cell carcinoma presenting with hematuria. Most cases were low-grade PUNLMP with favorable prognosis, though recurrence occurred in two patients requiring repeat resection and intravesical mitomycin C, emphasizing need for long-term cystoscopic surveillance.
