This retrospective study of 84 laryngotracheal reconstruction procedures examines 30-day complication rates using ACS-NSQIP-P standards. Double-stage procedures were more common in younger children and those with severe subglottic stenosis, highlighting the need for accurate outcome reporting in low-volume pediatric airway surgeries.
