Novel NGT fixation technique using a double-loop suture system anchored in the nasopharynx eliminates need for facial taping or suturing. Method is particularly useful for prolonged tube placement in post-esophageal reconstruction patients, reducing risk of dislodgement and facial complications while using readily available materials.
