Long-Term Outcomes of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia: A Single Institution Experience

Single-center retrospective study of 193 CDH patients followed for median 49 months reveals high rates of long-term sequelae including GERD (42%), neurodevelopmental delay (28.6%), asthma (23.6%), and hernia recurrence (10.9%). Findings emphasize need for standardized multidisciplinary surveillance as CDH survival improves.
